Refund policy
Returns
We only accept returned items if they arrived to you damaged. If you have any issues with your order, send us an email at blazinjanesco@gmail.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the damaged product you received. We will evaluate your information and get back to you in a timely manner to let you know if a return will be granted. We are not responsible for any user errors made when purchasing our products.
For damage/return claims, you must notify Blazin Janes within five (5) days of the date of receiving your purchase, if you believe the item you purchased was damaged. A photo must be included in the notice in order to be considered for a return, refund, or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a two weeks
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
