Blazin Janes offers shipping to all customers in the contiguous 48 states. Additional shipping charges apply for customers in Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. We are not responsible for any additional fees that customs may charge including taxes or duties, nor are we responsible for any items that may be confiscated by customs.

International customers
We are not responsible for any import duties or customs charges. Any such fees incurred to receive your package are not covered by us. We are also not responsible for packages delayed by customs or packages confiscated by customs. Please consult your country's customs policy for more information.

Blazin Janes is not responsible for any shipping issues from User errors during checkout for packages that are lost/stolen during transit. If the package was lost/stolen it is your responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim within thirty (30) days of the said delivery date. If the address is wrong and already shipped out, you will need to contact USPS to have the package sent back to us and then we will re-send it to you when you provide the correct address.
